Sales Operations Specialist
An innovative leader in the area of industrial packaging distribution, equipment sales, and supply chain management is looking for a proven Sales Operations Specialist for our Wilmington, MA location.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- In partnership with professional sales team, customer-facing position interacting with all aspects of the business to process sales and support for customer orders
- Actively participate in order fulfillment, pricing, logistics coordination
- Strong communication skills required, as you will be working with customers, and inside associates on product and process specific actions. Communications will be by phone, in person and email.
- Proven Customer Service skills and attitude.
- Collaborate with sales, customers to ensure proper amount of product available for business continuity.
- Serve as the point of contact for your salesmen and customers to accommodate customer queries and ensure satisfactory support for their needs.
- Work in partnership with sales and procurement to order the proper amount of inventory to support the customer base.
The successful candidate should be a self-starter, strong communicator, well-organized and detail oriented. A commitment to continuous improvement is a must.
