What you will do:
- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Have a deep knowledge of the store's collection, including materials, gemstones & designs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide customers with information on jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote sales events, new collections, and special offers.
- Utilize CRM & customer databases to keep accurate customer records and track customer preferences.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays and window showcases.
What you bring to the table:
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS office especially Excel & other CRM tools
- Availability to work evenings & weekends
- Genuine interest towards understanding customer needs
- Thirst for learning & growing within the organization
- Proficiency in any languages from the Indian sub-continent would be a bonus. (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam etc.)
