ntless service level to our customer base. This position acts as the conduit from the time a project is sold until product arrives and we are prepared to provide a superior level of service to our customers.
***Responsibilities:***
• Must be able to work independently, self-motivating, self-sufficient
• Must be detail oriented and have a passion for accuracy and operating with integrity
• Must possess a strong soft skill set with a glaring ability to diffuse customer situations
• Establish a cadence of project review to the company standard and timelines
• Audit of assigned project assessments vs product and labor sold to customer, share discrepancies
• Establish relationships both internal and external with peers/leadership, sharing opportunities
• Monitor product arrival, overcommunication of any delays to all necessary parties
• Maintain written and verbal communication at a molecular level both internal and external
• Ensure high quality, timely responses to Sr. Leadership, field, and administrative departments.
• Specialized knowledge of all business groups within Install Partners
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress.
- Utilize CRM software to track project milestones.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records for reference.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external partners effectively.
