You will be handling customer inquiries from our customers on both our active and motorized products.

The role
- To act as an efficient and effective first point of contact to support customers with all service requests and inquiries;
- To fulfill the position of order administration, operations & logistics accurately;
- As member of the Latin American Sales Team, you provide excellent service on issues related to subscriptions, products and repairs.
Your responsibilities
- Customer Support to exceed customer expectations;
- First line Technical Support;
- Order processing of our products;
- Administration of rentals;
- Handling & maintenance of partner accounts, portals, and web shop;
- Track status of ordering;
- Manage questions on stock levels;
- Manage lead times;
- Coordination of shipping and delivery of products throughout the Americas.
Your profile
- Higher Vocational Education, preferably in the business curriculum;
- Analytical skills;
- Technical affinity;
- Excellent communication skills in both English- and Spanish (Verbally and written is mandatory);
- Customer focused, pro-active, result oriented a decisive;
- Proven track record in similar roles (either Inside Sales, Customer Services, or call center);
- Able to work occasionally on weekends during sport events (one weekend per month);
- You live in Atlanta, Georgia.
