Santec is a well-established high-end bathroom fixtures Company in Southbay in S. California. Company is set up for aggressive growth and is looking to add National Sales Manager to its team to support the high growth. This is a full-time salaried position with good pay, benefits and room to grow. National Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding Company’s lines of business working closely with showrooms/retailers, distributors, and sales representatives
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with President of the company to set overall strategy for growth and execute on the plan
- Achieve sales and profitability goals on a consistent monthly/yearly basis via the implementation of aggressive initiatives and actions to foster existing business and develop new business.
- Travel to and visit showrooms, distributors/retailers, and sales representatives nationwide to establish and strengthen relationships to promote Santec’s products to their customers
- Identify new market opportunities and analyze market trends to maximize sales potential
- Educate distributor partners and customers on the features and benefits of using Santec’s faucets
- As needed, participate in local and national industry organizations while participating in trade shows, exhibits and both customer and vendor functions
- This position involves traveling of more than 30%.
Experience:
- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience required; Wholesale/Retail in Kitchen and bathroom fixtures experience a plus, but not required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
- High customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively both in an independent and team environment.
- Basic Computer Proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Based in LA/Orange County preferred; open to remote work
