Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist, who is fluent in Spanish and understands insurance verification and billing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our front office.
Duties
- Spanish speaking
-Greet guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule patients, confirm appointments, verify insurance eligibility (including medical), manage and maintain accurate records, including financial records
- Handle inquiries (in person and on the phone), resolve issues
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize computer software to organize and track information
- Assist with customer support and maintain a positive, helpful attitude
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Perform other duties as required by the organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to follow directions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software, including Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working as a personal assistant
- Familiarity with filing and maintaining records
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
