Site Supervisor #1 is responsible for supporting program and maintaining the core values, vision, and …. of Living Grace Homes. The responsibility to the residents is to encourage them in making positive decisions for their future and for them to be able to stand on their own feet and make decisions that are positive for their family.
Essential Job Functions:
· Supervising pregnant and/or parenting women most generally between the age 14-24 and could be older.
· Maintaining and modeling a peaceful, respectful, understanding, and caring environment. Extending and modeling genuine and unconditional acceptance of each resident and their situations.
· Being present in the downstairs living area, especially during times of breakfast or dinner for oversight. We prepare “family style” dinners and open with a prayer.
· Helping residents make meal plans, shopping list, and grocery shopping life skills.
· Teaching by Modeling good manners
· Teaching basic life skills which could include but not limited to manners, etiquette, cooking and kitchen responsibilities, cleanliness, chores, language and interacting with others, etc.
· Daily inspection of resident’s rooms and signing off on chores being completed.
· Enforcing rules
· Conflict resolution between residents
· Assisting and supervising all aspects of the home and housekeeping needs and assignments
· Transporting residents to all necessary appointments or make arrangements for transportation. Necessary appointments include court, medical, WIC and Welfare, getting enrolled in school, job interviews, it does not include transportation back and forth to either jobs or school.
· Listening
· "Parenting". Modeling and lovingly sharing the appropriate care of an infant is crucial to the well-being of both the mom and the child.
· Site Supervisor at Living Grace Home (Sequioa location) fulfill the responsibilities of parents of up to 4 moms and their children from varying backgrounds with various emotional problems. Seeking the assistance of the Case Worker when a problem arises will facilitate getting the resident the help they need.
· The position requires a small amount of administrative work, such as maintaining a shared calendar, completing inventory and purchase request forms, and doing logs or incident report when there is an issue with a resident. Weekly reports on activity. At the end of each month, Site Supervisor log all of the appointments and outings that residents were transported to. Enter this information into Expecting Data.
· Overseeing and coordinating that each resident is responsible for keeping her area clean, doing her assigned chores on assigned days, and preparing dinners on assigned dinner nights. Because there are wide variations in each resident’s skills in many areas, it is the responsibilities of the Site Supervisor are to supervise and teach.
· Complete continuing education courses. Examples include: First- Aid, Infant CPR and other job-related courses that enrich the position of Site Supervisor.

Qualifications/Experience
· Basic computer skills are a must. Using Microsoft 365: Outlook, Office Suite, interacting on Teams, sharing files, entering data into Expecting Data.
· Must have valid Nevada Divers License, with clean driving record.
· Must be willing to complete and pass in-depth background check, including fingerprinting and TB Testing.
