Full job description
The Program Manager will primarily ensure that section-28 services are running smoothly in each individual client’s home. They will work alongside the Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP) while giving exceptional training that sets the BHP up for success in the client’s home. The Program Manager will ensure all requirements of services are met. The Program Manager will adhere to the expectations of Back to Basics while displaying a positive attitude.
Duties And Responsibilities
- 17 billable hours in field
- Scheduling, preparing and attending service required meetings
- Completing all required meeting documents
- Collecting your caseloads availability
- Checking in with your caseload’s families consistently
- Creating resources for your caseload
- Weekly 1:1 with Program Manager Supervisor
Weekly company meetings
- Confirming training plan and BHP schedule with your caseloads for upcoming BHPs
- Training BHPs
- Dropping off progress notes for BHPs
- Updating Microsoft excel spreadsheets.
- Answering all calls and texts received to work phone.
- Traveling to and from Clients homes
- Working as a team to find solutions to company challenges.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Car Insurance
- Ability to transport clients in vehicle.
- High School diploma/ GED
