United CDJR is an expanding dealership in the New York Metro area looking for dynamic people to join our sales team. We are looking for positive, energetic individuals who wants to be a part of a team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales of New and Pre-Owned Vehicles to prospective clients, while maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care. Enthusiasm, integrity, customer service oriented and desire to succeed are a MUST.
AS A SALES CONSULTANT YOU WILL:
- Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients, before and after the sale.
- Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
- Be an expert in the products you represent, able to fully explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product.
- Consistently receive vehicle and technology training.
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
