Job Summary: The installer is responsible for performing installation tasks according to project specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cabinet installation is required.
- Installation of shoe mold and cabinet hardware experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Stands for several hours or more per day.
- Lifts and carries cabinets, parts, and tools.
- Bends, stretches, reaches, and twists while performing duties of the job.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and customers— both over the phone and in person.
- Must be alert and able to identify a hazard—should one occur—by correcting immediately or reporting immediately as necessary.
Location: Bryan/College Station, Waller/Hockley, and other surrounding areas.
