Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers with storage needs and recommend storage solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Data Entry, organization, managing skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Bilingual, English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
