Job Overview:
This position will work closely with financial advisors to maintain and service client distribution plans and accounts each year by gathering and calculating account returns, providing distribution figures to clients, updating their distribution plans, and helping with other complex financial requests and paperwork processing.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Knowledge:
Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and excel, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing high level customer services, especially professionalism. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Mathematics – Understanding of financial projections and time value of money.

Pay: $58,700.00 - $65,000.00 per year
