What you will do:
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and properly document
- Adhere to our standard operating procedures to determine proper solutions including warranty, additional design required, paid service visit, etc.
- Review job plans and Company Cam prior to service calls to gain knowledge of project specifics for effective development of workflow to schedule
- Manage all job site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Conduct thorough Annual Maintenance Plan visits
- Return customer service calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of construction experience, preferably waterproofing or foundation repair
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales knowledge and ability
- Technical ability to troubleshoot and complete service calls
