We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Administrator to join our office that deals with over 100 rental properties for a private owner in Orlando, Fl. The Office Assistant/Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
-File office expenses into Excel
-Maintain and respond to emails in a professional manner
-Report and schedule tenant issues with maintenance technicians
-Run background/credit checks on prospective tenants
-Pay invoices and accurately record payments
-Ensure HOA payments are made in a timely manner
-Assess and shop commercial property insurance renewals as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Bilingual(English/Spanish) preferred but not required
