We are seeking a Industrial Engineer that will be responsible for the following:
SCOPE:
Perform functions to research, develop, document, qualify, and implement production processes for standard and custom packaged semiconductor products. Establish stable manufacturing processes at the prototype phase and release to production. Review, develop, and update statistical process control methods and related documentation, working within the limits of established policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop systems and protocols to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards Analyze production processes, workflows, and manufacturing methods to identify inefficiencies Design and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and apply time-and-motion studies to establish standard work times to generate and maintain standard costs.
- Implement improvements in ergonomics, statistics, and manufacturing
- Implement solutions to enhance production capabilities. Utilize both basic and advanced calculations to determine the current and potential productivity of a process.
- Design and configure manufacturing systems and layouts to streamline production.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate manufacturing performance and identify trends. Prepare detailed KPI reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of productivity improvements and new systems.
- Create viable solutions for a variety of challenges. Whether it is to improve the production of a certain product or to reduce waste, the ability to develop a plan to overcome the problem is important.
- Use analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data. In addition, use these skills to create reports and describe the results to company decision-makers.

- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.

Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- BS in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineering field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop, implement and maintain standard costs through routers
- Working knowledge of Plan, Action, and Variance in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of 6S and different approaches to Problem Solving methodology
- Working knowledge of Visual Management including Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC)
- Able to work on Process Improvement projects to improve KPI’s
- Working knowledge of value stream mapping and capacity modeling
- Working knowledge of line balancing
- Able to work with various systems in MRP and PLM
Salary and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
