Overview:
We are currently in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketer. Your primary role will involve building pipelines of qualified patients and/or decision makers for CDPAP and PCA services within New York State. The ideal candidate should understand the importance of task completion, possess excellent organizational skills, and provide an innovative approach to marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of patients and/or caregivers.
- Refer potential patients and caregivers to the agency and ensure proper follow-up.
- Conduct follow-up with leads to gather qualifying information.
- Create and implement guerrilla marketing campaigns to attract new patients and caregivers.
- Identify and develop marketing opportunities through community partnerships and events.
- Identify effective mediums and strategies to attract new patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, with additional fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Arabic preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create and execute guerrilla marketing campaigns.
- Experience with lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Knowledge of community partnership development and event coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
