The Shulman Company is currently looking for someone to work as an administrative Assistant. Some of the job responabilities include:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Scale operations and handling a cash drawer
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
Experience with Excel and Quickbooks is a plus! This is an hourly position, compensation is based on experience.
