Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team. The Construction Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet all necessary standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of projects
- Monitor and inspect the construction process from beginning to end
- Collect data and document findings during inspections
- Collaborate with construction management teams to address any issues or concerns
- Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Inspect pipelines, structures, and other components at construction sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes in construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulations
