Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on competitors and audience preferences
- Creating compelling social media content (videos, graphics, written copy) that resonates with our target markets
- Monitoring and responding to customer engagements across social media channels and review platforms
- Tracking and reporting social media engagement metrics and trends
- Staying updated on trending topics and leveraging them to enhance engagement and conversions
- Optimizing our social media accounts to increase visibility and reach
- Staying informed about current technologies and trends in social media
- Collaborating with other teams to plan and execute social media campaigns
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insightful reports on campaign performance
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and independently
- Effective problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing customer inquiries online

Salary:
Starting salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
