Looking for a full-time or part time LCPC or LPC who wants to be part of a hybrid group private practice setting and wants to grow with the business. Our practice is holistically driven and supports somatic therapies as an adjunct.
Duties:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Incorporate specialized adjuncts.
- Provide counseling for any of these demographics: individuals, children, young adults, adults,couples or families.
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation of counseling services.
Skills:
- Must be a licensed professional counselor with a valid state license
- Strong knowledge of certifications and its application in mental health treatment
- Experience or training in addictions, substance use disorder, couples, IFS, EMDR, or other creative modalities is a bonus not a necessity.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and a team of therapists and other practitioners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in coding and documentation
