Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Paylocity, SAP, Ceridian)
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
