Overview
The Assistant Regional Manager will assist the Regional Manager in overseeing various aspects of dental operations across the company (7 offices). The Assistant Regional Manager will also be responsible for managing specialty services (i.e. orthodontics). We are seeking a driven, multi-functional team member who can help grow our business. The Assistant Regional Manager helps drive production and exceptional patient experiences while overseeing employee engagement and job satisfaction. This role will work closely with our clinicians and reports directly to our Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Regional Manager in overseeing various aspects of dental operations throughout all offices
-Responsible for being fully aware of specialty services P&L line items, trends, and making suggestions in order to increase revenue and profitability in each office and program as a whole
-Audits specialty services production, collections, KPI’s, and other reports in order to make recommendations and provide guidance to team members to ensure all goals are met
-Responsible for outcomes and success of all specialties and enforcing changes in and working with management team to create protocols that better the company, employees, and most importantly, our patients
-Assists in overseeing the coaching, performance evaluations, training/development, leave, scheduling, timekeeping, workplace separations, and personnel actions of subordinates
-Oversees specialty services marketing for the program and executes program growth in each office
-Ensures that staff members are trained and held accountable for meeting all production, profitability, patient experience, employee retention, and other goals
-Oversees the coordination and delivery of appropriate training for all specialty service staff
-Coordinates doctor monthly scheduling and data reporting with the Regional Manager
-Effectively communicates to all staff, co-workers, and management
Qualifications
-4 year bachelor degree is highly preferred
-Previous Orthodontic program management
-Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
-Demonstrates proficiency with Excel applications
-Must be detail oriented, and possess the ability to work independently and manage time well
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability and willingness to delegate and hold others accountable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
