**Job Title:** Treasurer Support
**Overview:**
As the Treasurer Support of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial assets and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for financial reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
**Responsibilities:**
-Weekly
● Check email for incoming A/P invoices
● Check church office mail slot for incoming A/P
● Save electronic copy of invoices to Expenses folder
● Pay A/P bills via bank bill pay
● Pay A/P bills via vendor portals
● Pay A/P bills via computer check
● Enter expenses to Shepherd’s Staff
● Review posted deposit batches from Contributions for coding
Monthly
● Process Apportionment and Insurance payments to NIC via Prosper
● Enter payroll data to Auxilium web portal
● Payroll entered to Shepherds Staff
● Review 3 company credit card statements, post to Shepherds Staff
● Manna Journal entry for fundraising profit
● Various Journal entries for corrections
● Participate in monthly Finance meeting
● Provide explanation for line items on P&L and Dedicated Accounts report
Annual
● Complete Stat Report for NIC
● Prepare and submit 1099 NEC forms
● Vanco PCI compliance
Ongoing
● Special requests for data from Council, Committees, etc.
● Maintain passwords on vendor portals
● Assist with PayPal and Vanco online giving systems.
● Review chart of accounts and usage for consistency
● Keep Google Drive folders organized
● Share Google files as needed with team
● Be a subject matter expert on Shepherd’s Staff CMS
● Identify process improvements
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
