Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and expense control
- Coordinate training development for new employees
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Utilize accounting program for financial recordkeeping and reporting
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files in a structured manner
- Lead team management efforts to foster a positive work environment
Skills:
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills
