What Chefs Want is a supplier of gourmet foods, cheeses, produce, and fine quality meats and seafood and is seeking high energy - customer service oriented individuals to add to our Louisville WOW team. As a member of the WOW team, you will assist customers in 10 states and 3 time zones with their customer service needs. We have fun WOWing chefs!
Desired Schedule:
11am - 7:30pm – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (off days Monday & Saturday)

Position Qualifications
- Possess excellent customer service , communication (written and oral), and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing skills
- Cheerful disposition and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat
- Minimum of GED required
- Prior customer service and/or experience in the food service industry a plus
Physical and mental demands of position:
Our WOW Center is a fast-paced environment in which the employee will be expected, upon completion of training, to handle multiple customer requests at a time. This is a team setting with plenty of knowledgeable teammates to help train the skills necessary for WOWing customers at What Chefs Want. The employee will be seated most of the day with adequate breaks. Strong written and spoken communication is essential as well as a sense of urgency and desire to provide excellent customer service.
