· Prepare journal entries and coordinate monthly/year-end close processes.
· Prepare adjustments to the general ledger.
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
· Prepare monthly reports.
· Manage Cash management worksheet.
· Research and assist with vendor payments and customer receivables.
· Assist with the completion of the annual budgeting process.
· Assist in internal and external audits.
· Assist in making deposits.
· Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
· Ad-hoc tasks within accounting/finance parameters.
Job Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Skills:
- Microsoft Office suite including:
- Excel
- Word
- Power Point
- Outlook
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger reconciliation
- General journal experience
- ERP systems experience
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail and possesses strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
