Position: Pharmacy Technician.
Department Shift Schedules Available:
Prepack: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm.
Unit Dose: Monday through Friday 10:30am to 7pm.
Quality Assurance: Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm.
Specials: Monday through Thursday 12pm to 8:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Shipping: Monday through Thursday 12pm to 8:30pm and Sunday 7am to 3:30pm.
Quality Assurance: Monday through Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and 8am to 4:30pm.
Clinical Solutions offers competitive compensation. The starting hourly rate is $18 for non-certified Pharmacy Technicians and $19 starting hourly rate for Pharmacy Technician CPhT.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic math and analytical skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable in attendance and job performance.
- Prefer Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Tennessee.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English.
- Prefer 1+ years' Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible.
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and is detail oriented.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Possess the ability and initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal direction.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties Include:
- Process prescription orders based on the priority assigned.
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
- Comply with all state and federal guidelines regarding medication labeling.
- Calculates and verifies the correct dosage based on the prescription.
- Assist with pharmacy workflow fulfillment duties to meet production needs.
- Consult with dispensing pharmacist regarding prescription order clarification.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Manager.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.

- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
