HOTWORX®- Matthews NC is opening a franchise studio in the heart of Matthews, NC. This exciting opportunity will allow the selected candidate to hone their internal and external sales, people management, operational, and customer service skills. The right candidate will work to build a sales and service culture centered around our members and staff. They will be inspired to try new things, build relationships, think creatively to build a business, and own the day-to-day operations. The General Manager will report directly to the Franchise Owner. - GM Mission:
To develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX® through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals of your franchise location. To maintain the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX® brand through various local and national marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years managing operations at fitness center, retail location, or sales oriented industry (required)
- 2+ Years leading and developing staff (required)
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Willing to travel for work to corporate events, outside sales, and other business related needs (required)
- 18 years or older (required)
- College Degree in Business/Fitness/Health or related field (preferred)
- Commission sales and operations experience (preferred)
Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete a minimum schedule of 40 hours per week
Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX®® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct.
Facilitate all weekly and/or monthly staff meetings & training sessions.
Always strive for only 5 star online ratings on social media.
Employee Management Responsibilities:
Maintain performance based goals with employees in accordance with studio goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Provide creative ideas to keep the employees motivated and focused on meeting and exceeding goals.
Studio Equipment & Product Maintenance Responsibilities:
Properly maintain studio equipment in accordance with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly safety checklists
Keep up-to-date product inventory
