Position Summary:
The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter / Front Desk Coordinator is a crucial role that involves both patient interaction and administrative responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for potential study participants, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to communicate fluently in English/Spanish will be essential in building trust and rapport with our diverse patient population. You will also handle front desk duties and utilize your Microsoft Word and Excel skills to maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Recruitment:
- Pre-screen potential study participants on the phone
- Schedule pre-study visits
- Follow-up with the subject via calls or emails
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our patient database using Microsoft Excel
- Navigate multiple computer applications
- Complete reports for management
- Conduct outreach and attend special events as needed
Front Desk Coordination:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting documents in Microsoft Word
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.5 – 40 per week
