Starting Rate: $19 (non-exempt/hourly)

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an intelligent, computer savvy, people person to join our Burbank office. Duties of the Accounting/Admin Assistant will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily accounting and purchasing follow ups and managing company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, able to adapt quickly, and produce accurate results with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Position Duties:
Tasks may change from time to time at Management's discretion. As an Accounting/Purchasing Assistant, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Track orders placed with vendors to delivery.
- Coordinate drop shipments with Logistics and Customer Service.
- Update our inventory data with parent company in Hong Kong.
- Check inventory for low-stock items and products.
- Help manage lead-time and pricing confirmations with our vendors.
- Prepare and send invoices, credit memos to customers.
- Assist in keeping customer payment record.
- Follow up with customers for payment.
- Answer and respond to customers’ general needs.
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required. Business/accounting degree preferred.
· Solid computer skills including Excel, Word, & email.
· Customer service / administrative experience preferred.
· Knowledge of accounting a plus.

- Ability to multi task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
