Providence Health Care Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team for this on-site position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing for travel contract and permanent positions within the healthcare industry. We are seeking a deal-closing, driven, self-motivated, "go-getter" with strong skills in sales, communication, relationship building, and a vast knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (CNAs, LPNs, RNs) for temporary contract travel and permanent assignments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Utilize a multi-faceted approach to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and client facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and client facilities/vendors to ensure successful placements.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, assignments, and communication in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically for temporary contract travel and permanent positions.
- Proven track record of successful placements and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
Skills:
- Excellent "deal-closing" skills and understanding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- In absence of Bachelor's Degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- High School Diploma or GED required
