Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is not a cold calling sales position, it's focused on relationship-based with an extended sale cycle. The candidate needs to be driven, focused, and detailed oriented with a desire to comfortably sell both in person, and on the phone. Ability to see the big picture, understand the clients needs, and identify/troubleshoot issues efficiently are all skills required to be successful in this role.
Tasks will include:
Working with customers to determine project needs
Opening and maintaining project details in proprietary software
Creating design and estimate requests
Attending on-site visits and be the main point of contact
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and details to ensure a smooth process for our clients
Work with projects managers to ensure projects are completed on time
Ongoing customer care and support
Qualifications:
Sales and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Previous experience in sales or a related field
Knowledge of the signage industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
