The Customer Service role is a fun and comfortable environment to build and strengthen relationships within the Edible Brand. The Customer Service role is an in-office based position that handles both inbound and outbound calls with Edible Arrangement customers. The territories covered are both Central Florida and North Florida.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
