The Coordinator/Therapist will contribute to the goals and objectives of TCCSC and its mission by providing supervision to a group of professional clinical staff providing psychiatric social work services for mentally and emotionally disturbed adult or juvenile patients. This position participates in the quality improvement activities of the Division and Agency, provides professional consultation to the mental health team members and community agencies as well as participates in the client education process directed toward the attainment of goals.
Qualifications for DTI Coordinator:
To qualify the candidate must have following qualifications:
- LCSW or LMFT Therapist by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and at least two years’ post-graduate school experience.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university is required.
- Possession of a valid Class C or higher driver's license and insurability by the agency insurance carrier(s). An acceptable alternate means of transportation necessary to the completion of one's duties may be considered and must be able to obtain a Class B license to drive the youth bus.
- Must be in person at DTI from 11am-8p.m. daily.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Bilingual a plus, not required.
- Must possess basic computer skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
