Overview of the Role:
The Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations in the beauty industry. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Director plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage all operations in the store location.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company goals and objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, office supplies inventory, and reporting.
- Work side-by-side with the Client Services, Sales and Operations to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
