Role Profile Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, driving bulk sales, and expanding our brand presence in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate buyers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials for corporate clients
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and generate leads
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in our CRM system
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry
- 4 +years of experience in the promotional products and gifting Industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings and events
