Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experienced in managing a schedule with varied appointment and procedure times
- Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to different systems
- Ability to multitask while staying composed and maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to utilize or quickly learn dental software
- Dental experience with working knowledge of ADA codes and terminology is preferred
What Our Patient Coordinator Does
The Patient Care Coordinator is the main point of contact for patients, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first phone call to each visit thereafter.
- Scheduling patients via phone and online inquiry
- Verifying insurance information and obtaining insurance authorizations
- Treatment plan presentation
- Collecting payment from patients
- Assist in general office and administrative tasks

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
