Summary/Objective
Support Business Account Executives with job development and business account services.
Essential Functions
Provide high-level administrative support by providing referral feedback, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, conducting research, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Provide referral information to leaders, co-workers, and other stakeholders to support job placement and retention of job seekers.
- Assist in managing the logistics around the customer referral process to ensure full compliance and administration for the company.
- Support Business Account Executive team with prescreening and coordinating intake appointments and provide timely follow up regarding eligibility outcomes.
- Build and sustain partnerships outside of the organization when appropriate, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.
- Assist in determining customer suitability for employment, various program activities, and/or refers customers for other services.
- Charged with targeting account development efforts with new companies who can benefit from E&ES services and who are looking for a pipeline of talent for solid jobs that grow and start careers.

Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of the employment field. 1-3 years of similar work experience.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a field role with a need to perform clerical and administrative duties in a physical office. Role requires extensive amount of mobility.
Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position requires the ability work on evenings and weekends as needed.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Program Leader or Senior Business Account Executive and works closely with local Career Coaches and Employment Specialists in the delivery of job development and business services.
Education
HS diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
