The Brand Manager will play an integral role in Marketing the Captain D’s brand.
A person who fits the role will leverage their proven track record to lead and support breakthrough brand campaigns including go-to-market product launch strategies, guest engagement promotions, brand experiences and innovations through all digital and traditional channels. The role will also play a key part in menu innovation and channel strategy.
Responsibilities:

Manage new product launches and promotional campaigns across all media touchpoints.
- Manage internal and external partners, including social, digital, media, to execute the successful launch of brand campaigns.
- Responsible for monitoring and updating Social Media pages across various networks, blending promotional posts and unique content posts.

Contribute to overall brand strategy, as well as packaging and product innovation.

Maintain and evolve the brand’s Social Media strategy in line with brand guidelines.

Manage paid and non-paid influencer campaigns - for Social Media networks with audience targeting based on product and consumer knowledge.

Develop (or source) engaging channel-relevant content, campaigns, and promotions for social media pages through collaboration with internal stakeholders, research, and creative agency.

Research new platforms, existing networks, blogger outreach, and competitor campaigns.

Assist with proofing, revisions, and creation of traditional marketing production (ex: Menu Boards, POP, and Print Media).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required.

CRM/Loyalty Program experience preferred.

Strong copy writing skills tailored towards digital marketing and communication.

Photography, graphic design skills highly preferred.
Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational and deadline driven skills.

Required Experience:
-
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Integrated Communications, marketing in the Social Media space.

Actively engaged in using Social Media platforms and analytics software.

Working with internal cross- functional as well as external creative teams and agency partners.
