Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join the Crest Foods team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting, promoting and selling our contract manufacturing services to existing and prospective customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities/Expectations:
· Present, promote and sell contract packaging services to existing and prospective customers.
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to expand customer base.
· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize results.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and always team-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
· Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
· Demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to a particular audience’s needs.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Other Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in direct selling of products and services.
· General understanding of business contracts and agreements.
· Manufacturing and basic food manufacturing knowledge (nice to have).
· Ability to travel on an as-needed basis, visiting customers, potential customers and attending industry trade shows.
