YOUR ROLE:
- Initial Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients via phone, in person, or in the customer's home to understand their needs and goals
- Site Visit and Measure: Perform site visits to take accurate measurements and assess the project scope
- Information Capture: Gather detailed information during consultations and site visits to pass along to the in-house designer for the design phase
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate at least 5 new leads per month through various channels such as networking, referrals, and outreach
- Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house designer during the design review process to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly
- Sales Presentations: Engage with clients in the showroom or virtually to present custom solutions effectively and persuasively
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Close Deals: Secure sales and facilitate the smooth execution of projects, from initial consultation to final delivery
- Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction
- Client Advocacy: Make sure that the client's wants and needs are addressed throughout the lifecycle of the entire project
- Build Relationships: Encourage clients to share their positive experiences and become advocates for the brand
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of at least 2+ years in relationship-based sales
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus
- ClientCentric: Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and understand their needs

LOCATION AND HOURS:
- Flexible Scheduling: Appointments based on customer availability, including some Saturday hours in the showroom
- Meeting Locations: Customer consultations occur in our Campbell showroom or virtually when appropriate
