**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in our portable restroom division by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships in the designated market (Northern Illinois and Nothern Indiana)
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by visiting customer sites and project or event locations
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or account management
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in customer service practices to ensure customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions
