What you get to do:
You’ll help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. You will:

Create ambassador schedules and maintains Workday reports

Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Address complaints and resolve problems

Supervise and train ambassadors
-
Plan, assign and direct work
-
Order and maintain products and supplies
-
Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standards

Enter notifications for any needed repairs to keep facility maintained to standards
-
Record the day’s events in communication log
-
Contact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facility
-
Maintain repair log and control labor cost
-
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needs

Other duties assigned

Occasionally assist other location and areas throughout the park as needed
What it takes to succeed:

Have an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Have strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Have strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
-
Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and be able to create and interpret graphs

Have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Able to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection
-
Able to pass Alcohol training test upon selection
-
Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card
-
Able to lift 55 pounds with or without accommodations and stand for prolonged periods of time

Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl or kneel

Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
-
Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet and/or humid conditions)
-
Able to positively interact with park guests and coworkers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs
