General Responsibilities

Support all internal and external inquiries or requests.

Maintain digital and electronic records

Serve as a point of contact with administrators

Maintain calendar for administrators

Schedule meetings and maintain agendas

Produce and submit reports
-
Perform a variety of clerical tasks related to the processing of records

Data entry skills
-
Maintain records and filing systems.

Assists in preparing various reports.
-
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation
-
Answer phones and distribute interoffice mail.
-
Coordinates and processes general administrative work
General Work schedule is - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Requirements
-
Construction experience preferred.
-
Great communication skills with management
-
Bilingual preferred
- Highly familiar with computer-based programming such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Great phone skills
-
Organizational and time management skills
-
Data Entry experience
-
Ability to work with general office equipment.

Strong problem solving skills

Willingness to learn new programs.

Ability to follow instructions

2+ experience in an administrative position preferred.
