We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. Your expertise and compassion will contribute to the well-being of our patients and ensure smooth operations within the operating room environment. We are looking for an OR/Pre-Op nurse to work two to four days out of the week in the OR on Wednesdays and Fridays. And Tuesdays and Thursdays for Pre Op.
Nurse Optional shifts:
1. Wednesday and Fridays in the OR
2. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Pre-Op ( optional)
3. Wednesday/Fridays in the OR and Tuesdays/Thursdays at Pre-Op
Nurse Duties:
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment is sterile and ready for use.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, assessing their condition and responding to any changes promptly.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and assist with anesthesia administration as required.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Nurse Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Previous experience in operating room settings preferred.
- Familiarity with Athenahealth and Cerner systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of trauma medicine, neonatal ventilator care, and ICD-9 coding.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining a focus on patient safety.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Looking for someone who can work 3-4 days a week with some weekends. Job Title: Master Esthetician Job Responsibilities:
Performing Skincare Treatments:
- Administering facial treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare techniques.
- Conducting skin analyses and assessments to determine appropriate treatments.
- Providing personalized recommendations for skincare routines and products.
- Hydrafacials, Morpheus 8, Broad Band Light (BBL).
Advanced Techniques:
- Performing specialized treatments like laser hair removal.
- Using advanced equipment and technologies for skincare procedures.
Consultations and Client Education:
- Consulting with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals.
- Educating clients on proper skincare techniques, product usage, and maintenance.
Safety and Sanitation:
- Adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Following all industry regulations and guidelines for the handling of equipment and skincare products.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Recommending and selling skincare products based on client needs and treatment outcomes.
- Staying informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Documenting any adverse reactions or incidents according to established protocols.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborating with other estheticians, dermatologists, and healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of a state-approved esthetician or cosmetology program.
- Certification: State licensure as a master esthetician or equivalent certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a skincare clinic or spa setting, with demonstrated proficiency in advanced skincare treatments.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.
