Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, assisting the property manager of the Association.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide support in managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Previous experience in real estate administrative tasks is beneficial.
- Ability to handle office tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for customer support and project coordination.
