Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with personal assistant duties
- Experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
- Proficiency in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping
- Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence
