We are looking for adaptable and motivated individuals who will join our Event Staff and assist in Set Up and Dismantle at the MLB All-Star Game in Arlington, Texas. As a member of the Event Staff, you will work under the supervision of the Onsite Experiential Manager. Your responsibilities will include setting up the activation site, such as truss, chairs, tables, tents, signage and equipment where directed. Also, dismantle the activation site post event.
Your goal in this position is to help set up and dismantle an activation space which will create a memorable event experience for our guests. You will be required to follow the direction of the Onsite Experiential Manager and comply with safety standards and regulations. In the end, our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and able to adapt to a quick changing set up or dismantle plan, when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help with install and dismantle of event activation space
- Report to and take instructions from the Onsite Experiential Manager
- Work with other members of the staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Unload and set up activation site prior to event (including unloading several semis)
- Dismantle and load assets post event
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work space
- Follow event safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to work long hours and/or hours that are outside of normal business hours
- Prior experience in event services is recommended, but not required
- Able to take direction and execute the task given
- Excellent problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and remain highly organized and motivated
- Being able to adapt and work productively in hectic situations
- Ability to work for long hours on your feet
- Team player
- Handy with standard tools which will be provided is recommended
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
The days will be long and hot in the Arlington summer sun. You should be physically fit and able to work outside for long periods.

Wednesday, July 17, 2024: 7am - 6pm* (10 paid hours)

Uniform: Black pants/shorts, comfortable closed toe shoes, plain t-shirt with no branding/sayings/logos.
