We are looking for an Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher Assistant(s) to join our team and provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be able to assists in implementing and preparing engaging lesson and activities, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to foster a positive learning atmosphere and ensure that all students are receiving the best education possible. We are looking for the following qualifications:
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience as an Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool Teacher Assistant
- Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
- Ability to work well with young children, their families, and co-teachers
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organzied, self-directed, enthusiastic, and flexible
Responsibilities:
- Assists in creating a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Assists in engaging and supervising children at the direction of the Group/Lead Teacher and Director(s).
- Assists in preparing and implementing activities and lessons with the Group/Lead Teacher.
- Assists in maintaining classroom management with the Group/Lead Teacher.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, healthy, organzied, and safe classroom environment.
- Assists in communicating with parents. Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and other staff members.
- Commitment to providing a caring, loving, positive, and quality educational experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
