Reports To: Senior Program Director

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours a week) M-F 9am-6 pm (some nights and weekends will be required)

Overview: This position is responsible for leading data organizational efforts. TWLM seeks meticulous and detail oriented individual who will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data entry processes, ensuring the integrity of quality and accuracy of our data base. This position will work closely with all programs and leadership to input, update and implement data entry systems in the organization. In addition, this position will assist Sr. Administration with special projects while adhering to strict deadlines. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering positive connections and enhancing the organization's visibility within the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Input and maintain accurate data into the company database following established procedures and guidelines.

Verify data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and quality assurance reviews.

Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information and ensure completeness of data entry.

Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines and fulfill outcome requirements.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entry, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Develop and implement efficient data entry processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Assist in data cleanup and migration projects as needed.

Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for analysis and decision-making purposes.

Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to data entry and management.

Responsible for any other program assignments provided by the Executive Director and/or Senior Staff.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in social work, communications, public administration, public health or a related field or equivalent work experience.

At least two years of proven experience in operating, maintaining databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Problem solving skills to identify and address data entry challenges promptly.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of community issues and understanding of the organization's mission and goals.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events and outreach activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Some experience in providing direct services to underserved populations.
